Our programme splits the day into 2 segments: The Leadership Summit, and On the Ground. The Leadership Summit enables participants to understand themselves better by discovering their existing blind spots and how it has been affecting them in terms of employee engagement. After which, On the Ground allows participants to put themselves in the shoes of employees to deepen understanding at the operative level.
